Dr. Rattan ENT Clinic was established by Dr. Ganesh Dutt Rattan following years of senior residency at the prestigious Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi.
